Iggy Pop ritrova gli Stooges nel suo nuovo album

Si intitola "Skull Ring", il nuovo album che segna la reunion di Iggy Pop con gli Stooges

. I tre hanno scritto quattro brani (Little Electric Chair, Skull Rings, Loser e Dead Rock Star) che fanno parte della tracklist di Skull Ring.
All'album hanno collaborato anche i Green Day in "Private Hell" e "Supermarket", i Sum 41 in "Little Know It All" e la trasgressiva regina del rap hardcore Peaches.
Iggy Pop č accompagnato da The Trolls (Whitey Kirst alla chitarra, suo fratello Alex Kirst alla batteria, e il bassista Pete Marshall) in tutti i brani dell'album ad eccezione di "Til Wrong Feels Right", basata su un vecchio blues di Mississippi Fred McDowell.
