Si intitola "Blinking Lights and Other Revelations" il nuovon album della band californiana deglin Eels.
A due anni dall'uscita di "Shotennanny!" del 2003, gli Eeels pubblicano un doppio album che alterna canzoni e strumentali dal gusto musicale rétro, con ampi riferimenti al country, al folk e al blues. Trentatre brani che sembrano capitoli di un romanzo in
cui si parla di sofferenza (Last Time We Spoke, If You See Natalie, Suicide Life), si riflette sulla propria condizione (Railrod Man) e sui propri errori (I'm Going To Stop Pretending That I Didn't Break Your Heart), si ama incodizionatamente (Sweet Li'l Thing, Ugly Love), ci si abbandona ai ricordi (Son Of A Bitch, In The Yard, Behind The Church) e si scherza (Hey Man Now You're Really Living e Going Fetal).
